The renovation of these trulli and lamia nearly double the area of the original building . The clients needed a private house that could be as well rented as an holyday house. The restored house has three bedrooms two of which en suite and a third bathroom. The kitchen in the main lamia opens on the leaving area. The lamia has been extended of four meters covered by a unique beautiful stone vault where the new and the old part are indistinguishable. The main en suite bedroom is in the trulli, the bathroom has a walk in shower protected by a wide glass screen. The other two bedrooms are in the secondary lamias, one part of the original building and other one part of the new built. The interiors are simple and light. The house has underfloor heating and air conditioning. The Stone effect porcelain floor continue from the inside to the outside. The project of the dehors is very attentive, there is a barbecure and a shaded pergola for outside dinner. The gravel paths in the garden leads to the pool’s area located at a certain distance from the house. The swimming pool, heated in the cool spring and autumn’s months, has a wide solarium with shade areas for relaxing moments.
